    4. Existing component list, if available

    5. Recommended hotel/motel facilities (if applicable for out of town work)

    6. Scheduling on-site inspection


3. On-site inspection

a. Initial management meeting

  1. Meeting with Maintenance Supervisor

  2. Review maintenance records

  3. Inspection work to identify and evaluate components

  4. Meeting to establish dates to component


4. We prepare Analysis and Preliminary Draft


5. Your review of Preliminary Draft

  1. Component information, dates, costs, addition, deletion or corrections

  2. Input for adjustment of Funding Plan

c. Approval of Preliminary Draft


6. Final Report

  1. Transmitted via e-mail. Printed copy available upon request.

  2. Financial Summary disclosure document for distribution in compliance with Statute 1365.2.5.
